Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following terms and conditions applies from August 2018, to all types of advisory and guidance provided by Nordica Estates S.L.
Nordica Estates S.L. reserves the right to refuse property advisory, proven to be outside our normal area of competence. Our decision will be notified as soon as possible.
Nordica Estates S.L. does not provide advice on financing, tax matters, usability of the property etc. However, we can refer to competent partners.
Nordica Estates S.L. will at any time recommend that the buyer allies himself with a law firm and possibly a construction expert for an unbiased review of the property as well as receiving offers from home insurance companies. It is also recommended to seek financial advice regarding possible financing of property purchases and proceeds calculation – including repayment of loans relating to the sale of property.
The legal responsibility for documents, transactions and reports accrues to the buyer through the buyer’s lawyer, and not Nordica Estates S.L.
Nordica Estates S.L. does not use your contract information for marketing, newsletters or the like without your specific consent. Your private contact information that you provide to us is used solely for the processing of your case. We reserve the right to contact you to inquire if you have been satisfied with the advice. Nordica Estates S.L. will never disclose your personal information to any third party unless necessary for further action.
Costs / fees appear in the “Price calculator” which can be found under the “About us” menu item; “Buyer’s Guide”. Any outlay related to the case is paid by the customer.
In the case of real estate brokerage directly between the seller, Nordica Estates S.L. and Buyer, a prior written agreement for full or partial payment of attorney fees may be entered into. Such an agreement will only be valid if it is made before the deposit is paid.
Fees for the real estate agency are paid to Nordica Estates S.L. by the seller.
Nordica Estates S.L. makes reservations for the correctness and availability of 3rd party sales information posted on Nordica Estates S.L.’s website. Reservations are also subject to price adjustments in the “Price Calculator”, which is directional and not final until the transaction is complete.
Nordica Estates S.L. and its employees are not responsible for indirect losses and consequential damages, as is Nordica Estates S.L. not liable for any errors made by advisers, such as Nordica Estates S.L. has referred the customer to.
